Avocado and Grapefruit Salad ~ Delicate slices of rich avocado and sweet pink grapefruit segments atop a bed of mixed organic greens tossed in a Riesling vinaigrette and garnished with roasted cashews.  A fresh, clean starter.

Caprese Salad ~ Slices of organic tomato and bleu cheese garnished with fresh basil, red onion and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic reduction.  True Italian perfection.

Grilled Mushroom Salad ~ Fire grilled portabella, shitake and cremini mushrooms nestled on a bed of organic greens with roasted pecans, blue cheese and a choice of Maple balsamic or a creamy Dijon dressing.

Caramelized Onion flatbread ~ Baked to order flatbread, brushed with roasted garlic olive oil, and layered with caramelized sweet onions, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, anchovies, Romano and finished with fresh basil.

Vodka Caesar Mussels ~ Fresh P.E.I. mussels sautéed with a splash of vodka and clamato.  Spiced up and garnished with lemon and celery.

Crab Strudel ~ Blue crab meat with sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, havarti cheese and roasted garlic all rolled in layers of phyllo pastry.

Cheese Plate ~ Naturally aged five year old Cheddar, blue cheese, havarti and our house smoked arctic char, with fried figs, and gluten free flax crackers.  Garnished with grapes and olives.

Samosa ~ Authentic East Indian pastry stuffed with potatoes, vegetables and a delicate mix of spices. 100% Organic and vegetarian.   Served on a bed of baby greens and with an Orange ginger sauce. Mildly spiced, one of the best we’ve ever served!

Chicken Mole ~ A house special!  Our very own authentic mildly spiced Mexican Mole sauce, a rich tomato based sauce with a hint of dark chocolate and chipotle pepper, tossed over roasted organic chicken. Served with a side avocado and grapefruit salad and with a fresh hot corn bread waffle.

Smoked Char Penne ~ A basil and sorrel pesto tossed with organic gluten free corn penne, fire grilled mushrooms, red peppers, smoked wild arctic char, and finished with grated parmesan Romano cheese.

Mediterranean Baked Portabella Mushroom ~ A grilled portabella mushroom layered with braised spinach, feta cheese, artichokes, fresh herbs and roasted garlic and finished with a pesto cream.

Fire Grilled Steak ~ All of our beef comes from locally raised, grass fed Belgians and is certified organic.  We age our beef for a minimum of 21 days and take care in the preparation and cooking to ensure a tender and flavourful steak.
